Units returned which are out of warranty and found to be working, will be charged a $35 bench testing fee plus S&H.

Warranties extend 1 year from the date of purchase and exclude: Labor to uninstall or reinstall a unit, S&H, or replacement parts not due to manufacturer defects. If a unit must be returned, we recommend returning all components for testing. Sending just the unit may not resolve the issue and lead to additional expenses.

Returns and RMAs require a Case number supplied by technical support. Units returned without a case # will not be accepted.

Steps to accomplish before speaking with support:

  1. Login to the training library to review troubleshooting information.
  2. In the vehicle check:
    • Fuses
    • Connections are secure
    • Insure ignition line (generally yellow or white) only receive power when the ignition is on
    • GPS antenna has line of sight and facing the right direction. Watch the vodcast on GPS antenna placement if there are questions.
    • RF/cellular antenna is stuck to the glass
  3. Reboot the unit by power cycling the unit. Unplug power on back of unit or disconnect positive terminal on the battery.
  4. If the problem persists:
    • Have the vehicle available when you talk to technical support.
    • Be prepared to access the unit in the vehicle.

Note: Warranty does not cover the cost to access, uninstall, install or ship equipment. Extended service plans are available.
